The spray paint is really toxic so i figured i should remove it so my birds doesn’t die. Easy way to remover spray paint from a bird cage.
If you cant get paint thinner and get the birds away from the fumes of paint thinner, you could try to buy a new cage, as that is safest. Paint thinner is the best option though, at least money wise.

use paint thinner then let it sit out for a while so the bird doesn’t come into contact with the fume
