I want to know if my bird needs new toys or just moving his present toys in a different place
Occasionally you change it when the toy is dirty because if you don’t change it when it’s dirty than the toy will be bad for your pet birds.
How often do you change the toys in your birds cage?

if they look broken take them out and if the bird doesn’t touch them also take them out

I used to have a cockatiel. I would give him 2 or 3 at a time. The plastic toys would eventually be pecked to "death" after a few weeks and would need to be replaced. Some other toys I would trade off every few weeks, or when he seemed bored with one. To me, the idea was to keep him active, busy, and alert. He also liked to hear music, and his singing would vary according to the type of music I played. Also, he absolutely loved to bathe in a small container of warm water.

Often every two months so they can be able to adapt to different enviroments! Keeps them living longer– I’ve had my birds for three weeks and they love there cage!

I have a few toys in the cage and about every 2 or 3 months put in different toys and then after 2 or 3 more months I put the old ons back in. They usually think they are new ones.

Move them around every couple of days, and get them a new one about every two week, just to keep them occupied
